The brief

Celestria came to us with a product they believed in and a brand that wasn’t keeping up. The brief was direct: make it feel like the future of luxury skincare.

What we did

We started with positioning — pulling apart what made Celestria different and building a visual and verbal language around that. The identity system we developed leans into tension: clinical precision meeting sensory warmth. The digital product followed the same logic.

Outcome

Launch campaign drove a 3× increase in direct-to-consumer traffic. The redesigned product site achieved a 40% improvement in conversion within the first quarter.
